Bridal Beauty Agreement

By signing, you are confirming that all details listed on your invoice including service quantity, service cost, date, start time, location are accurate.

If The Luxxe Beauty Company (we) should have to cancel, we will give notice as far in advance as possible and will do our best to find talented artist(s), fully capable of replacing those originally booked to complete the scheduled services. Larger parties may require additional support from artists and stylists. The Luxxe Beauty Company may use any photos taken for advertisement purposes. Please let your artist/stylist know if you do not want your photographs used. Any services that would be added the day of, time permitting, would be paid in addition to contract balance. Travel fees may be applicable to areas outside of service zone. Parking fees and valet are the responsibility of the Bride listed below. If there are last minute changes (within 14 days of wedding date), no shows or cancellations, all fees stated in the contract still apply. Retainer fees are non- refundable. Luxxe is not liable for any damage to client's personal items and surroundings, including but not limited to: clothing, furniture, flooring, and surfaces.

This contract is between The Luxxe Beauty Company and the client listed below. Wedding booking is not secured until the retainer has been collected and executed agreement is received.
