Beauty Workshop Agreement

Payment
The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified on the payment schedule. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in cancellation of class and loss of deposit.

Payment will be made to The Luxxe Look LLC via approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.

 

Cancellations & Refunds
For any modifications and cancellations for reservations that are more than 72 hours from the contracted start time, a credit will be applied to a rescheduled Beauty Workshop. (Credits are valid for 12 months). If a change is made less than 72 hours before your reservation, 100% of workshop fee will apply and no credit will be issued.

Media
The client agrees to not use, edit, copy, distribute and use any video or videos of The Beauty Workshop ‘Demonstration’ or the educator’s likeness with the intention of self-promotion or video monetization.

TLL LLC gives The Client permission to use all media including video and images from the Beauty Workshop ‘Skill Practice’.

The terms of this agreement are indefinite and will be active unless revoked it in writing by The Luxxe Look LLC. 

 

This contract is between The Luxxe Look and The Client listed below. The Beauty Workshop is not secured until the retainer has been collected and executed agreement is received.
